2020 was a year of introspection for a lot of us with so much time spent at home, alone or with our loved ones and I feel like this painting depicts that.

Looking within. Finding peace. Gratitude for what we have. Thankfulness for the safety of our friends and family.

This is based on a picture of her cats by Tessa (@tessanicoleart). I had to modify the original picture into this so as to keep some abstraction in the painting and because of my limited skills with faces.
